Select Add Another Panelist to add more panelists.Enter a name and email address to invite them.In the Invitations tab, select the Edit button in the Invite panelists section.Click the title of the webinar you want to add panelists to.You could look at using Focus Mode in a Zoom Meeting, instead of Webinar, to achieve what you need. That effectively de-joins and re-joins them to the meeting, which might cause some stumbles. Host designates roles the user the webinar is. You can also promote an attendee to a panelist during a webinar. The challenge is that each Attendee will need to Accept the Join as Panelist prompt when you promote them, even if there was way to bulk-promote them. Roles include host (one), co-host (unlimited), panelist (unlimited) and attendees (unlimited). They can view and send video, screen share, annotate, etc. Panelists are full participants in the meeting. Alternate Host – Enter the email address of another Zoom user who is Licensed, on your account to allow them to start the meeting in your absence.Enable Practice Session -Check this to start the webinar in practice session instead of a live broadcast.Enable Q&A – Check this if you would like to use a question and answer panel in your webinar.If you choose off, panelists will not be able to turn their video on unless you change this setting in the webinar. Another option is to manually add the panelist (this will send them a separate link) Sign in to the Zoom web portal. Select promote to panelists Click Promote to panelist. Hover over the name of the attendee you want to promote and click More. Video – Choose if you would like the participants’ videos on or off when joining the webinar. Click Participants Click the Attendees tab.It will be included in their registration confirmation email. Joining participants will be required to input this before joining your webinar.
